Depending on how the Quiz, 'Review options' are set, after the Quiz is Submitted, there may be a time to Review. Use only the rectangles, Callout 1, screen shot below. If you click, after five seconds, 'Show one page at a time', Callout 2, screen shot below, the Review will end and show 'Not premitted'. This happens because the browser makes a request to the server for a page reload, AKA a page refresh, AKA a round-trip to the server.
