Update your office hours
- Click the Turn editing on button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Scroll to the Instructor information box immediately below the course description.
- Click on the gear icon, (Update) to left of your name.
- Enter in your office hours under Office information and/or Contact information. Only this course will be updated with the office hours and office location you enter.
- Click on the Save changes button at the bottom of the screen.
- Note: Contact details privacy has been updated
TIP 1: Contact info includes your office location, hours, email, and phone number
TIP 2: If you want to call attention to your Instructor box or office hours information, you can replace the Registrar Course description in the Site Info:
- Click on the Admin Panel button located in the upper-right corner of the site.
- Under Settings & backup, click on the Edit settings link
- Scroll to the Description section, add your text to the Course comments box
Adding text here will collapse the Registrar Course description that was pulled from Registrar and display your new text. Since we’re pulling the Course description from the Registrar, there isn’t a way to delete it. If the Course description from the Registrar is incorrect, please contact your department's administrative support to verify that the information on file with the Registrar's Office is correct.
